BOOKINGS

All bookings will be valid for 72 hours from the time of booking. Costumes can cancel the booking during these 72 hours by writing to us on resolution@truebikes.in or calling us on 8929920962. Refund for such bookings will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited within 7-10 business days. Please mention your booking ID if you choose to communicate with us over an email. After 72 hours all bookings will lapse and therefore will not be eligible for refund.

Only in the following scenarios will be booking be refunded beyond 72 hours:

• Customer has not received any communication from True Bikes requesting him/her to visit our store where the vehicle is parked.
• Customer visited the store within 72 hours but did not find the vehicle in satisfactory condition.

FULL PAYMENT ORDERS

Order for a vehicle against which payment has been made by a customer can be cancelled:

• Anytime before the delivery
• If the customer does not like the vehicle upon doorstep delivery.

If the delivery has been accepted by the customer then the vehicle cannot be returned. If there are any mechanical and electrical defects with the vehicle then such defects will be repaired.

REFUND

All refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment which will be credited within 7-10 business days.
